It generally takes two weeks to craft a custom rug, and each is finished with your choice of hundreds of edge treatments in cotton, linen, wool, suede or leather with attention to detail showcased in details such as blind-stitching and hand-sewn mitered corners. Essentials Series Sisal Rugs

Surprisingly sophisticated and custom crafted to your specification in the USA, this series is an appropriate, lower cost alternative to our Designer collection. The weaves in this collection include sisal, seagrass and hemp fibers available as custom rugs and broadloom for wall to wall installation.

Essentials Series rugs are finished with your choice of edge treatment. We offer close to seventy border options in six collections of cotton, linen, chenille and microfiber. Borders are applied with a top stitch and lapped corners, and each rug is supplied with a custom-fit rug pad.

Woven Vinyl Faux-Sisal Rugs

Versatile weaves ground in good design, faux-sisal has the texture and feeling underfoot of a sisal floor with the durability, and simple maintenance of woven vinyl. Bolon woven vinyl rugs got their start in European commercial spaces where slip resistance, easy maintenance and durability were key design drivers. Bolon faux sisal rugs are commonly specified for upscale homes and apartments. They blend well with most decors and are very practical for hard-working rooms like kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, and laundry rooms - anywhere requiring a waterproof, slip resistant floor covering

We offer these collections as custom rugs as well as broadloom and tiles for wall to wall installation. Installation is a fairly simple process similar to the installation of sheet vinyl floors. The material can be cut on-site with standard tools, and so can be easily fitted to complex shapes

The Tornio Collection and certain rugs within the Bolon Outdoor Collection are UV resistant, and can be used outdoors as well as indoors.
