Boardwalk Braid is a thick 100% Jute rug woven in India with thick, braided yarns making up the weft, and fine jute yarns for the warp.
Jute is a natural fiber obtained as an extract from the bark of the jute plant which is cultivated and harvested as a sustainable organic crop. The jute in our rugs is cultivated in India, and is carefully selected for fiber length, flexibility, strength and luster. Only the finest fibers are used in our rugs
Our wide cloth border collections are suitable for Boardwalk, and we have recently introduced a braided jute border that matches the Boardwalk Braid weave.
