Wilton Sisal Rugs

The Wilton series of sisal rugs are woven for us in historic mills in Belgium of the finest quality Katani Bora-spun East African sisal.

This weave's pattern is created with the use of contrasting warp and weft yarn colors, and through a woven-in structure. The result is a beautiful weave that is relatively smooth under foot, and appropriate for settings where furniture is moved regularly.

Wilton is available in Harvest Gold, Spring Green and Arles Blue and is suitable for any of our binding collections.

Wilton is part of our Designer series of natural fiber rugs. This series features our highest quality natural fiber sisal rugs woven in Belgium of the highest quality East African sisal, and finished with border treatments woven in Europe and the USA. Other weaves in this collection include offerings in sisal wool blends, jute, seagrass, hemp, woven paper and woven paper wool blends.

In addition, small variances in color are common in natural fiber materials. Differences in growing climate and conditions from year to year produce plants with slightly different characteristics.
