  • All fibers, both dyed and undyed, will change over time - especially when exposed to direct sunlight
  • All plant fibers will reflect certain natural variations such as those in color or fiber thickness
  • Pattern Differences of up to 2" in the warp and weft can occur due to variations in fibers

Our Tatami Series are designed to closely resemble traditional Japanese Tatami Mats. Paper rugs are woven of twisted paper cord that is strong yet smooth underfoot.

Tatami is designed to be used in residences and in light commercial applications - just like our sisal rugs.
