I think your company did a fine job with our order My only disappointment is with myself for allowing my husband to overrule getting the 9x12 for the 8x10. I should have held out for the bigger size!

I am very pleased with the rugs I have received. Diane was very helpful, and my swatches came very quickly.
The only suggestion I would have is the fact that the trims on the website do not show actual colors so the colors that I received were much lighter than I expected. Maybe a description of the colors would be helpful. [Different computers will show colors differently based on the video hardware and monitor settings. Also, colors will seem slightly different based on light sources. For instance, sunlight looks different than a standard incandescent light. We encourage you to order samples as Louis did to see the colors and textures for yourself in the room that you will have the rug, and we will apply the cost of samples toward the purchase of a rug 5 by 8 or larger.]
