Natural Fiber Sisal Rugs

Coastal Style has great rugs, and we believe wholeheartedly that the best way to grow our company is through helping our customers get what they want. We started collecting customer emails in late fall of 2003. Presented here are some of the latest we've received.

I think your company did a fine job with our order…My only disappointment is with myself for allowing my husband to overrule getting the 9x12 for the 8x10. I should have held out for the bigger size!

I have been meaning to contact you regarding the rug I ordered – I love it! It came out perfectly! Diane was very helpful with selecting the proper color for the binding. The ordering process was smooth and easy. Customer service was great and it came so quickly!

4’ by 6’-9” and 4’-5” by 9’-6” Chinese Seagrass Natural rugs bound in our wide wool Lichen border applied at 1-3/4” on face with hand-sewn mitered corners.

I am very pleased with the rugs I have received. Diane was very helpful, and my swatches came very quickly.

The only suggestion I would have is the fact that the trims on the website do not show actual colors – so the colors that I received were much lighter than I expected. Maybe a description of the colors would be helpful. [Different computers will show colors differently based on the video hardware and monitor settings. Also, colors will seem slightly different based on light sources. For instance, sunlight “looks” different than a standard incandescent light. We encourage you to order samples as Louis did to see the colors and textures for yourself in the room that you will have the rug, and we will apply the cost of samples toward the purchase of a rug 5’ by 8’ or larger.]

We’ve been extremely pleased with our rug. It was very helpful to “click + view” various combinations, and we were able to get exactly the rug we needed for less than we expected.
