I love my new rugs, and thought the ordering process was 100% painless! Diane was very helpful in answering my questions, all done online. I felt very secure in my decisions regarding size and materials, including colors, and it is great to feel so confident going into a custom order like that. The rugs add so much to the rooms they're in. I feel good every time I look at them! Thank you for offering such a fantastic product at a reasonable price, and for the friendly, professional service you deliver! Oh, and the rugs arrived even earlier than promised! One more thing: I ordered one rug first, and was delayed a few days on the second one because I needed to confirm a measurement and wasn't able to get back with Diane right away ( even though she responded to that and all my prior inquiries very quickly). So, when I needed to come back later I figured I would need to give all my information again, but Diane made it so easy - I just needed to tell her I wantaed it! That is a highly personal level of service, very rare these days. How lovely to actually communicate with a person, and one who is knowledgeable and professional at that! That really sets your company apart from (maybe) bigger retailers. Anyway, it was really appreciated. I wouldn't look anywhere else for my natural rug needs in the future!
